I have an ASUS Q302UA laptop running Windows 10. I recently purchased a new Belkin smart card reader and I am having issues getting it to read my CAC. I have installed the necessary certificates to access military websites and I downloaded smart card manager software to my laptop. My laptop recognizes my smart card reading device, the Belkin reader, but it is not reading the card.

Is anyone else having this problem?? I have scoured the internet looking for potential solutions. I followed the steps on the Military CAC website but I am having no luck.
Oct 20, 2010 - If you have a SIM card reader for SIM recovery or contacts. Windows 7 is looking for a driver when a smart card is inserted. Not needed for SIM card management software (our smart card security tools don't need it either).
